Is there a trial period?
Yes, your first week will be absolutely FREE. If you don’t love the program after seven days, you can cancel and be charged nothing.
How is this program different from other fitness apps or programs?
Most fitness programs focus on physical appearance, numbers on a scale, and before and after pictures. And while progress is essential, physical changes shouldn’t be the only or main focus. My goal for you is to gain confidence, increase your strength, build endurance, and feel better from the INSIDE OUT. In my programs, we focus on non-scale fitness wins that will help keep you motivated to stay on track. I help you change your mindset to moving your body because you love the way it makes you FEEL, then any changes on the scale become a BONUS of your new lifestyle.
If I am starting my fitness journey, is this program for me?
Fit at Home program has modifications for many of the moves. If you need any other movement modifications, you can always message me via the in-app chat, and I will give you an alternative. However, if you have previous injuries or joint issues that keep you from doing many movements, or if you are new to exercise, I would suggest one of my custom training plans to design custom workouts for your specific needs.
What equipment will I need?
The program is designed for you to complete the workouts at home or the gym with very minimal equipment. All you need are dumbbells (I suggested a pair of light, medium, and heavy), a bench- a sturdy chair or ottoman will work too, and some mini resistance bands. The resistance bands are optional but recommended. If you don’t have any, I can send you a link and a discount code.
